01
- Do you work with builders outside the home-builder or remodeler category?
- No. Custom home builders, production builders, remodelers, and design-build firms are the entire client list. We've turned down spec work outside that category because the specialization is the product — we learn your market on our dime, not yours.
02
- Can I buy the Website Build without Local SEO?
- You can, but we'll tell you it's a mistake. A builder site that doesn't rank is a brochure nobody finds. The two services are priced and scoped to work as one engagement. That said — if you already have an in-house SEO team or a trusted vendor handling local, we'll build the site clean for handoff.
03
- How long does the website take?
- Four weeks from kickoff to launch. We hold that timeline because we've built the process around one category — there's no discovery phase where we learn what builder sites need to do. The timeline assumes timely feedback and content delivery on your end.
04
- What if I don't have professional project photography?
- We'll tell you if a shoot is worth it, and we can coordinate a local photographer if needed (quoted separately). That said — most builders have more usable photography than they realize. Part of Discovery is auditing what you have before spending on new.
05
- Who owns the website and the content at the end?
- You do. On final payment, all custom design and code produced for the site transfer to you. Hosting is billed directly by the provider and in your name. Domain registration is yours throughout. The only things that stay with us are third-party tool licenses and our internal frameworks.
06
- What happens after Local SEO ends?
- Nothing breaks. Everything installed in Month 01 — GBP, citations, schema, tracking — keeps working. You lose the ongoing content, backlink, review, and reporting work. Most clients stay on past the three-month minimum because the compounding stops when the work stops.
07
- Can you work with our existing website instead of building new?
- Occasionally. If the current site is technically sound and just needs SEO infrastructure layered on, we'll quote Local SEO as a standalone. If it needs structural fixes first, we'll tell you — and in our experience, a 4-week rebuild usually beats a 6-month retrofit.
