How We Work

Live in
four weeks.
Ranking every
month after.

Two tracks running back-to-back. A four-week Website Build that ends at launch, then an ongoing Local SEO program that compounds from month two forward. Both are phased, both are scoped in writing, and every phase unlocks the next.

Website Build

Four phases. One launch.

Discovery, Design, Build, Launch. Each phase has locked deliverables and a sign-off gate — nothing advances until the previous phase is approved. The timeline assumes timely feedback; we'll tell you early if a delay is putting the launch date at risk.

Local SEO

Local SEO · Three-Month Minimum

Foundation in month one.
Compounding every month after.

Local SEO runs on a different clock than the build. Month 01 is the highest-ROI window — foundational work that moves rankings fastest. Month 02 forward is the compounding period, where content, authority, and reporting stack on top of the foundation.

  1. Foundation

    Month 01 · Highest-ROI Window
    1. GBP Optimization GBP rebuilt — categories, services, photos, attributes, Q&A, posting cadence.
    2. Citations & NAP Top 50 directories audited and corrected for NAP consistency.
    3. Technical SEO Titles, metadata, internal linking, image alt, sitemap, and schema audited.
    4. Tracking & Reporting GA4, Search Console, call tracking, and conversion events installed.
Executed · Month 01 Foundation Locked
  2. Ongoing Retainer

    Month 02+ · Compounding Monthly
    1. Content New service and location pages targeting ranking gaps, published monthly.
    2. Backlinks Chambers, builder associations, NAHB affiliates, regional press.
    3. GBP Posts Weekly posts — project spotlights, offers, news. Active profiles convert.
    4. Reviews Automated ask-flow to recent clients, with handled responses to every review.
    5. Reporting Monthly dashboard — rankings, traffic, leads, and call volume in plain English.
    6. Strategy Quarterly reset. Double down on what's working; replace what isn't.
    Executed · Month 02+ Compounding
